Serviced components or not?

Hi.

Our team will start to migrate some of our VB6 systems to .NET. Others
systems won't be migrated and 2 new systems will be developed in VB6. To
increase code reusability we are thinking of create some .NET dlls and
install them on COM+ servers. These dlls have only utilities and do not use
COM+ specific services like transactions etc. What we want is to reduce work
when updating/distributing these dlls, since they will be used by VB6 and
..NET clients at the same time. I am not sure if this is a good solution and
would like your opinions, if possible.

TIA,
Erik Cruz
