Deployment problem

I have a UDF in SQL which creates a object of VB-COM DLL. The COM DLL
references a .TLB file generated using regasm from a .NET assembly. I
have prepared a deployment package (MSI) using the .NET setup project.
The files are properly installed and I see the proper registry
entries. The problem that I am facing is when I call the UDF in SQL
Query analyzer, it is not able to create the object of the COM dll. I
get the 429 error [ActiveX component can't create object]. I think the
DLL or the TLB is not registered properly with the .NET deployment
project. Any suggestions?. I was looking at the event view and I saw
this message "Error 1904. Module tlb failed to register. HRESULT
-2147024703. Contact your support personnel.". If anyone has a better
solution for the problem, please let me know.

Thanks in advance.
