DLL in dependecy Walker not found

I have a VB.NET Solution with 3 projects
1. PROG1.EEXE
2. UTIL1.DLL
3. UTIL2.DLL
In the newest ( and older too) Version of dependency Walker from Microsoft I
do not see this DLL's
The program works fine and usese UTIL1.DLL and UTIL2.DLL
What I must define, that this DLL'S appear in the dependency walker of
microsoft ??
