Installing Visual studio .Net in another PC

Hi,
I bought and installed visual studio .net professional
Version 2002 Academic edition a year back.

I would like to install the same in my new PC.
How do I do that?

Visual Studio is licensed per-user, so you can install it on any machine you
use.
