drag and drop vb.net form

I am creating client vb.net app. I want to be able to
put the contents of the dragged item into a text box when
an url is dragged onto the form.

I can tell when something is dragged over the form with
the following code.

Private Sub frmDavid_DragEnter(ByVal sender As
Object, ByVal e As System.Windows.Forms.DragEventArgs)
Handles MyBase.DragEnter
If (e.Data.GetDataPresent(DataFormats.Text)) Then
e.Effect = DragDropEffects.Move
End If

My problem however, is when i release the mouse i want to
capture this event and put the contents in the textbox.
What event do i use to capture the mouse up event? I
have tried frmDavid_MouseUp but this does not capture
that event.

What am i doing wrong?
