Hi Felix,
Sorry for the delay in replying but I got involved in
another project and did not have the time to try your
suggestion.
I have now tried it and it worked.
Thinking back on the cause. I installed Office 2003,
except Outlook because I was writing a program that used
outlook 2002 and I did not want to confuse the issue. I
then loaded MSDN October and everything was fine. I have
since added Outlook 2003 and that was when it all went
wrong. There should be a warning on the packet!
Thank you for your advice.

Hi James,
Thanks for posting.
Based on my past experience, this issue may be caused by
Office. Let's trythe following:
1. Rename the file "C:\Program Files\Common
Files\MicrosoftShared\Office10\MSO.DLL"
2. Start VS.Net and let VS.Net to finish the repair
process
Please give it a try and see whether this helps or not.

Felix Wang
