VB Net Resource Kit & ZoneAlarm

I just installed VB Net Resource Kit on my XP machine with ZoneAlarm 4.5
Pro, permitted cookies & private header with msdn.microsoft.com, but still
can't get the solutions pages unless I disable ZoneAlarm. Things work just
fine when I disable it. I can only get to
http://localhost/VB.NETResourceKit/GetStarted.aspx. I see nothing when I go
to http://localhost/VB.NETResourceKit/Contents.aspx. Do I need to open up a
port or give permission to some MS process?

Thanks for help in advance

You are saying that you can access

http://localhost/VB.NETResourceKit/GetStarted.aspx.

but not

http://localhost/VB.NETResourceKit/Contents.aspx.
Well, what setting is you program control at ?, if its set to high, then set
it to medium. Its probably something to do with trusted site abuse, this is
all local the contents page must be trying to do something that Zone Alarm
doesent like. There are not many fine controls with Zone Alarm, you might
want to get yourself something better !

Hello Steve,

Thank you for posting.

I understand your problem, things work fine with the ZoneAlarm disabled.
I'm afraid this may be the only resolution at present, because the
third-party product ZoneAlarm has its own control and internal structure
that are unknown to us. Based on the state of the issue, it may be best to
contact ZoneLabs and they should be helpful in this case, the following
link is for your reference: www.zonelabs.com.

If you have any concerns or there's anything more I can help with, please
feel free to post here.

Have a good day!

Regards,
