Lost my Crystal Report Fields toolbox in Visual Studio

Help! I have closed my Crystal Reports toolbox (the one that contains the
Report Fields, Parameters, Calculated fields etc).

I cannot find it on my Visual Studio "View" or "Tools" menu. Where is
it!!!???

I am using VS 2003 Enterprise Architect edition under Windows XP.

Many thanks.

The tab you seek is called "Document Outline". Either open this from the
drop down on the toolbar or press Ctrl-Alt-T
