FolderBrowserDialog - New Folder button always available

In VS2003

Using the System.Windows.Forms.FolderBrowserDialog control.

The New Folder button is always available.

Set the ShowNewFolderButton property to false in code prior to call
ShowDialog
or set the ShowNewFolderButton property to false in the form designer have
no effect.

Any clue to get rid of that?
