Beginner problem in Inheriting Form

Dear all,

I have a problem in using inherited form. There are
some simple logic I want to share between all the window
forms. I simply create a normal window form in an
application "A" then I apply some simple logic such as get
the system date and time and then display them on a text
label. Then I have defined some standard procedure (Sub)
in the form.

Then I build the application / solution.

Afterward, I have created another application "B" that
act as a production application. I add a new component of
inherited form and VS.NET ask me to get the dll file of
the form being inherited. However, I found that there are
no dll file in the directory of application "A".

What's the problem? Is that Inherit form is not gonna
to support this features? Or my design concept has
problem?

Thanks for your attention and help.

Rgs,
John
