Hello,
When I create a deploment solution (VS.NET 2003 Academic), I can choose
one of the eight supported languages (localizations (chinese, english,
french, german, italian, japanese, korean, spanish)), but I need to
distribute my program in an other languages.
Currently I need the Dutch language and in the near future Finnish.
Do I have to translate all the installer texts myself?
Or is there a some plugin/download that extends the available language?
If not, does someone have the translations of the installer texts he/she
like to share?

I'm afraid you will have to do the translation yourself. I know that translations do exist in other languages: http://deployment.gorlach.net contains a Russian translation, so its possible Dutch versions are out there.
