.NET passport authentication

Hi all,
I want to test .NET passport authentication on my site
which is not for public consumption. ie., I want to test
on my local machine (localhost).
Can someone give my step-by-step example of refer any
site which gives this help?

You need to download the Passport SDK from here[1],
although you should be aware of that as of todays date you need to go
through an extensive registration process to be able to use the passport
services from Microsoft. Also a fee is involved, I'm not certain if that
only applies for production environments or if it also included development
environments.
