Expiring Content

Rob
I would like to expire content to avoid a page being
displayed when a user clicks their back button in the web
browser.

I would like to do this to avoid user's submitting the
same form multiple times.

I've tried the IIS expire content setting, but that does
not seem to accomplish what I am looking for.

Any ideas?
