You can use the "RemovePreviousVersion" property of a WebSetup to do this,
but... it will completely uninstall the old one, and then install the new
app. If this is okay, then it's a good solution. Be sure the new version
..MSI has the same UpgradeCode and a larger Version.

Finding absolutely no documentation for updating existing projects on
a remote server using Web Setup Projects. Any help would be much
appreciated.
