W2k3 Enterprise Webcam

Yes... Its a server os... i kno! i hav xp yea but tis system is for screwing
with.. Im sure theres alot of ppl here tat kno tis stuff inside-out! im
doing this for educational purposes so dont give me that "Its intended for
server" stuff... thanks! :-)

Now that is out of the way lets get to it:

I have Windows 2003 Server Enterprise and a Logitech Quickcam Web. I plugged
it in and it loaded all the drivers automatically, yet I do not see my
webcam icon in the "My Computer" icon on my desktop! Furthermore, I cannot
use the "Scanner and Camera Wizard", and, in the Control Panel, when I
double click on "Scanners and Cameras" my webcam is not listed there. It is
not listed even though it appears in Device Manager under "Imaging Devices".
Then when I click add imaging devices nothing is listed there. All this
works fine in Windows XP.

Hmm... Where is the INF of XP's built in driver?

Things you should know:
1) Yes, I have enabled and started the Windows Image Aquisition Service.
2) The webcam is not faulty and it still works on XP.
3) I know that this is a SERVER OS, BUT I believe that there is a way to
enable this webcam feature somewhere, and I am hoping that someone here
would know. maybe a registry hack of some sort? I am thinking this way
because Win2003 is SO similar to XP, in that it just has many consumer
services disabled and has server capabilities.
4) I know there is a way to do this... someone give me a hand :)
5) This is a system for *screwing* around with! I can take it and throw it
out the window if I wanted to.

Any help would be appreciated!

messenger it will say my webcam is in use even tough I can see it under Web
Camera Settings in MSN... same software!!! :@
