The main difference is that it uses .NET Framework 1.1.
Also, a lot of the anoying IDE bugs have been fixed.
Lots of other new stuff was added but is only relevant if
you are developing that type of application. Overall I
would stringly recommend getting the upgrade. Wasn't it
really cheap?
