Upgrade to VS .NET 2003

Can anyone tell me what the difference between Visual
Studio .NET 2002 and VS .NET 2003 is?

Should I upgrade? How do I? Service pack?

Thanks,

The main difference is that it uses .NET Framework 1.1.
Also, a lot of the anoying IDE bugs have been fixed.
Lots of other new stuff was added but is only relevant if
you are developing that type of application. Overall I
would stringly recommend getting the upgrade. Wasn't it
really cheap?

Hope This Helps
