Deployment Dependencies With Same Target

Hi gurus.
I've got a deployment project that included the project output from
two other project in my solution. They have almost identical file
dependencies. In fact, they both have references to a 4th project in
my solution that house core biz functionality. My problem is that the
deployment project shows duplicate depencency items for everything.

What's the best practice here? My compile works and the install works
but I get tons of compiler warnings like these:

WARNING: Two or more objects have the same target location
('[targetdir]\interop.processor.dll')
WARNING: Two or more objects have the same target location
('[targetdir]\interop.processor.dll')
I just like having clean compiles. I also don't want to have to
manually exclude one half of all the dependencies because what if I
later decide to remove one of the projects from my solution? What if
it's dependencies were NOT the ones I excluded?

TIA
Mark
