Cannot load an asp file :(

I'm running windows 2003 standard with IIS 6.0 and I am
unable to load an asp file, i have enabled it in the web
extensions directory... this is the error i get:
The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach
and it cannot be displayed.
