CASPOL and SMS

I am attempting to set a new Code Group security policy using the
CASPOL tool.

I am using SMS 2 (SP4) to push this job to the client workstations
using a script. The script and command work great if run manually
while logged into a PC as administrator. The command does not work
when pushed using SMS ("Run with Administrative Rights - Use Windows
NT client software installation account" is checked.

The job runs, but the command does not set the Code Group.

My only resolution right now is the push the job with a reboot first
and (using a proven method we have) log in automatically and run the
script as local admin.

Any ideas would be appreciated. For example, InstallShield has a
switch (-sms) which helps this issue - does the CASPOL utility have
anything like this?
