control gets clipped when moved to new location

Hi All,
I have peculiar problem. I Used ActiveX[AxHost wrapper] placed around 'n'
number of such controls on the UserControl with AutoScroll feature enabled.
Now scroll the vertical scrollbar thumb position say some of the controls go
beyond the viewable area[above] such that one control[X] remains half shown.
now If I add new control above this X control and move the X control to new
location now this X control get Clipped to only visible area. Can Anyone
help me in getting sorted out this problem.

thanking u in advance
subash.
