Open With Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2002

When I installed VS .NET Pro 2002 last year, on a system that has VB 6, an
"Open With Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2002" shortcut was added to the
right-click menu when I right-click on a .VBP file.

When I installed VS .NET Pro 2003 on another system that has VB 6, no such
shortcut was added.
Was the shortcut supposed to be added?

How can the shortcut be added?
