Group Policy Object

This question is in reference to another question I posted
titled, "This advertised application will not be installed
because it might be unsafe".

The error I am getting says I need to change the
installation user interface option of the package to basic.

From what I've been reading, I need to do that through the
Group Policy Object. **PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG**

I don't know how to access the Group Policy Object. I
read an article that said to go to Start | Run | type mmc
| press Enter | Console | Add/Remove Snap-in | select
Group Policy Object | etc...

I did all that, but I was unable to access the properties
of the Group Policy Object. In fact none of the
information in the article seemed to be referring to
anything I saw on my screen.

This is a road block for me, I can't do anything with my
project until I find a solution for the error I'm
getting. I would REALLY appreciate any help/advice that
any of you can give.

thanks in advance
Angela
