Distributing Apps?

Hi all,
trying to figure out which version to purchase. Does Pro
have a package & deployment setup like VS6 or some other
installer app. If not, which is the best installer to
purchase with it. And what help files are included, i.e.
MSDN etc. Any info appreciated...
