Problem with configuration file with VS.NET 2003

Hello,
I am using VSNET2003, in my solution there are some C# project and one
non_managed C++ project.
Suddently all my parameters in all my C# project are reset to nothing
in Visual Studio; So I have take a look on the <Project>.csproj file,
and it seems to contains all the needed information (ie Library
instead of windows application, unsafe flag when I need to get it...)
but when I run Visual Studio, there is no trace of this information.
By the way, all project are under source control (visual source safe)
and one project is still "archived" because I do not need to modify
it. And this project too, loose all parameters in VSNET.
And of course when I try to generate the solution I got a bunch of
errors, like CS5001 (try to compile a libray as an application).
Maybe I have done something wrong (accidently hit a keyboard shortcut)
?
I have try to close and run VSNET again, reboot and try a chkdsk. But
I am still stuck. Maybe someone already got this issue and can help me
?
Thank you very much for your help.

ps:
- I use VSNET 7.1.3088
- If I am in a wrong news group please tell me.
