Using DIME with VC++

Hi

I have downloaded and installed
WSE 1.0, but I would benefit from an example of DIME in VC++. All the
examples that I can find are for C#. Does anyone know of a site where I
can get such an example.

For instance, can anyone convert this code into VC++?
....
DimeAttachment attachment = new DimeAttachment("application/octet-stream",
TypeFormatEnum.MediaType, ms);
HttpSoapContext.ResponseContext.Attachments.Clear( );
HttpSoapContext.ResponseContext.Attachments.Add(at tachment);
.....
Regards
