Troubles installing VS.NET Pro

Hello,
I am trying to install VS.NET Pro. I went through the
installation process. After I went through the
installation process. When running VS.NET, I get an error
message Dialog Box "The Application Cannot Start".
I tried to unistall so I could reinstall and I get
the error message "Setup Failed There are errors during
setup." I tried to run the repair, and reinstall with the
same error message.
The operating system was restored previous to this.

The bottom line is I can't even try to install
again.
My system information is below.
Thanks,
Ron Wilham
