Error - ClassFactory cannot supply requested class

I get this error when I try to create just about any type
of solution using Visual Studio .NET. I have gone as far
as removing and reinstalling the whole thing and I still
get the error. I have downloaded and installed the
latest .NET Framework update and whatever VS updates are
available.

I've been through www.gotdotnet.net message boards, and I
saw one post mentioning that it was Norton Antivirus that
messed up things with its script blocking feature. It's
not clearly explained in these posts and I've posted
something 1 week ago, but still no replies yet.

I've got Norton 2003 installed on my PC and I want to get
things running in VS .NET without uninstalling Norton.

Please can anyone help? Thanx
