compiling makefile gives error ??

Hello,

I have makefile, that were created in VC++ 6.0.
When I compile the makefiles, sometimes I get error as
shown bellow :
cl.exe @D:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\nm94.tmp
cl : Command line error D2003 : missing source filename
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cl.exe' : return code '0x2'
Stop.
Build Error

How can I get rid of this error ??
Why do I get it only sometimes ??

Thanks,
Regards.
