Programatically browsing a website as a logged on user?

Hi!

I'm sure this has been answered before but I can't seem to find anything
related to this on Google Groups.

What I'm trying to do might sound pretty simple in theory, but in practice,
I have no clue how to implement this.

I need to write some .NET code that will log on a PHP website using a
username and password. The URL is similar to:
http://www.site.com/login.php?user=j...ord=helloworld. The
website stores the user/pw information in "Session", and also stores some
cookies on the client. Then, my script will need to go to another page
(while maintaining the "logged on" state) to perform the required action.

How can this be achieved?

Thanks a lot for the info!

Carl
