WSE Security with VB 6 Soap ToolKit

All,

I have a WebService and a VB6 client calling the WebMethod. But the
WebMethod is availabe to the world.

Reading WSE's new security feature, such as UserNameToken. Is there a
way for a VB6 client to use this feature?

TIA.
