Serviced Component in Web Services (No Such Interface Supported)

hi all,

i have developed a serviced component which being successfully accessed in
windows application. but when I access this component through Web Services
it fails at the time
of initialization and gives error.
"No such interface is supported"

I have windows 2000 SP4.
any idea or suggesstion will be highly appreciated
