InvalidOperation exception, unique XML name and/or namespace.

I'm getting an InvalidOperation exception when writing a web service using
the following type library http://www.orangetoad.com/ws/TypeDefinitions.txt.
When using it in the web service, browsing or using the web service gives me
the error in the subject. I zipped up my sample project at
http://www.orangetoad.com/ws/Complet...eChapter4a.zip
