soap extension type incorrect

Hi. I have been having trouble getting one of a customer's production
servers to respond to a SOAP request the way the other server does
(properly, that is). After much cluelessness due to the lack of SOAP
knowledge, I have figured out how to get the actual error that is occuring:

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file
required to service this request. Please review the specific error details
below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: The 'type' attribute must be set to a valid type name.

Source Error:
Line 27: <webServices>
Line 28: <soapExtensionTypes>
Line 29: <add type="Microsoft.Web.Services.WebServicesExtension,
Microsoft.Web.Services, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35" priority="1" group="0" />
Line 30: </soapExtensionTypes>
Line 31: </webServices>

This type setting is identical to the other server. I am guessing that
Microsoft.Web.Services.WebServicesExtension is a library and I am not
pointing to it correctly on this server. Is my guesswork right. How do I
determine the correct TYPE to use?

(Since I blew up this server this morning, my brain may not be fully
functional. Thanks for your patience.)

Microsoft.Web.Services.WebServicesExtension is WSE (Web Services
Enhancements) 1.0. Do you have WSE 1.0 installed on the server?

No I did not. Now I do. And the problem is solved. I had never seen anything
about SOAP and did not write the code that I was troubleshooting. So I had
never heard of WSE. Live and learn.

Thanks for the help.
