Online forum participation request

My agency is organizing an online forum group. Our purpose is to
gather information from consumers, like you, on dedicated servers. We
want to gain knowledge about the industry, the dedicated server
market, its customer base and their needs for one of our clients, a
marketer of such servers.

We would like to invite you to join this online forum group as a
member. We think this could be an interesting opportunity for you as
someone who’s deeply involved in the IT community and as the kind of
professional our client ultimately wants to serve. Participation would
not take a lot of time—about two-and-a-half hours total over three
months. The group will be entirely online, set up through a SharePoint
secure server. There will be new material posted approximately once
per week, usually consisting of a short survey, a functionality
ranking, a recognition/perception questionnaire or a concept feedback
form. Each time we post new material, we’ll send you a notice via
email. Then you’ll have about a week to reply. Your commitment would
only take about 10-15 minutes per week for approximately 12 weeks.

As a way of thanking you for sharing your thoughts with us, we’ll give
you a $300 American Express gift certificate upon completion of the
program. In case you’re not familiar, this gift certificate is
accepted virtually everywhere and has no expiration date.

We hope you’ll join our group. If you’re interested in participating,
please click on the link below and submit the application form. Know
others in the industry who might be interested? Please forward this
email to them.

To fill out the application for participating in this program, please

Thanks for your consideration. We look forward to hearing from you.
