System.Net.WebException The remote server returne error (400) bad request.

Hello to EveryBody

i'm Getting this Peculiar error

System.ApplicationException: The remote server returned an error (400)
Bad Request.
- - > System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error
(400) Bad Request.

At System.Net.HttpWebRequest.CheckFinalStatus ()
At System.Net.HttpWebRequest.EndGetResponse (IAsyncResult asyncResult)
At System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse ().

This error is getting when my application trying to getting connect to
Exchange.
I'm connecting through Windows XP Tablet PC to My Server.

We are using SBS 2003 premium Edition with Exchange 2003 & SQL Server
2000.

Plz Help to resolve this Problem I'll be very Grate Ful n thankful to
u All.
