aspnet_wp.exe stopped unexpectedly

P: n/a
I just recently updated a client of ours with 3 Windows Update items. IE 6
SP1, GDI+, and .NET Framework 1.1 SP1 and the webservice that I was at least
able to browse to before I can't even browse to now. The SP1 for .NET was
supposed to include a fix for the certificate issue I was having and that's
why I installed it, but I was curious if anyone had seen this issue and if
they were able to figure anything out for it. The odd thing is that I
decided I would try out the download on my dev machine and I could still
browse to the webservice just like before so it's the old "Well it works on
my machine" developer saying.
I just don't even really know where to start. I'm rather new to webservices
and we're using VS.NET 2003 so I was hoping that maybe I inadvertently
switched some setting on my machine that allows it to still work on my
machine, but not the client. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've
run out of things to try.

Thanks

Jon

I figured it out. It wouldn't let me uninstall. I kept getting an error
stating "Internal Error 2711. S867460", so I figured I'd go to the Windows
Update Catalog and re download .NET 1.1 SP 1 and reinstall it and once I did
that it magically worked again. So I guess a simple reinstall of the
service pack resolved this one.
