WebService Timout in Debug Mode

I seem to only be able to use a webservice after I compile a project and run
the executable code. When I try to run the code in Visual Studio 2003 in debug
mode it always hangs on the "this.Invoke" line of the webservice wrapper and
gives me a timeout error.

I know it's not a problem with the code since it runs fine in the EXE. I
started having this problem on the same machine 2 weeks ago. To my knowledge I
didn't change anything in Visual Studio or my Machine other than installing
Windows XP Service Pack.

Any help would be appreciated.

After many more hours of researching I am still not able to debug a project
that consumes a webservice.

Am I the only developer out here who is having this same problem?
