Isolating Unmanaged DLL withing a Web Service

We have a web service that calls unmanaged code, which works fine. However,
we started to run tests that stress the Web Service and here is where we run
into problems. The unmanaged code works very well when only one test (a
single application accesssing the Web Service) is running. As soon as we add
another test (another application accessing the Web Service), our error rate
hits about 10%.

What we discovered through debugging is that the unmanaged code breaks when
more than one test is connected and running. My question is simple. Is there
a way to force ASP.NET to create separate .DLL object for each Web Service
thread? I hope I am asking this question correctly.
