Production server

Hi I have a production server running IIS 5.0 . ASP application runs fine on
this system. When I try to run a .net application it fails. Do I have to make
any cofigurations in IIS to run my .net application
thanks

Hi I guess, you installed .NET Framework on that system. Open command prompt.
cd to your system folder (normally Windows/WinNT folder depending upon your
operating system). change to Microsoft.NET\Framework directory. Then change
to your .NET framework version directory (for example if you are using 1.1
version, the folder would be named as v1.1.4322, and for 1.0, the folder
would be named as v1.0.3705) and run 'aspnet_regiis -i'. This will correct
any issues with aspnetwp and client side scripts required to run aspnet
worker process.
If it didn't help, post the exact exception you are getting, so we could
help you.
