VB.NET and Webservices

Hello folks,

I'm *very* new to the world of .Net. I'm trying to access a webservice
and I'm getting no where. This is what I've done so far.

I've got the username, password and URL. I created a new project,
added a web reference, it found a reference and I thought Voila, now
all I have to do is call the methods, how wrong I was. This is how I'm
doing it.I've got a form with a Button and a Textbox.

My code as follows.

Dim netObj As New *the publishing API*
Dim txt As String

netObj.PreAuthenticate = True
netObj.Credentials = New System.Net.NetworkCredential("username",
"password", "this.is.doing.my.head.in.com")
txt = netObj.GetCompanyName(0, 0) {The parameters are correct}
TextBox1.Text = txt

When I execute this I get a "Error : Missing Authentication Header"
error. As said before I'm a newbie so do not know what to check etc.
The username and password have been verified. I tried looking thro the
net but got no where.

Any ideas ? Would be much obliged if someone can throw some light on
it.
