Execution time consuming the same Webservice Vb6 vs VB.Net

Is it normal. I have 2 app, one in VB6 and the other create by wsdl in
VB.NET

The VB.NET take longer time to return information than the one created in
VB6.

I'm the only one on earth to have this problem?
