Forget TLS, how about SSL2 ?

so, I posted a while back asking why wsdl.exe can't connect to sites using
TLS protocol. No one bit on that, so how about why it doesn't even support
SSL2 ??? Basically, if you are going to connect to a secure wsdl site it
better be SSL3 enabled ? I know I can download the wsdl locally, but thats a
maintenance hassle.
