web application

Hi,
iv'e a program and i want to remote control it. I've created a
WebApplication to do that, but i can't pass parameters to che pages from the
application logic, what is the correct use of a Web application? In my main
program to start the web application i've this:
RemoteControl.Global global = new RemoteControl.Global(vc);

i think it is not enough...

Thanks all!

I don't think we understand what you are trying to do.

you say
i can't pass parameters to che pages from the application logic
Can you elaborate on this? What exactly, are you doing? What fails, and
how?

If I want to programmatically invoke a web page, then I can just perform an
HTTP GET on the webpage, passing the params in the URL (According to the
rules specified by HTTP GET).

The other option is to use HTTP POST.

..NET includes the capability to programmatically do HTTP GET or POST to
invoke remote web pages of any technology.
For example, it might be as simple as this:

private String RetrieveFromURL(string URL) {
WebRequest request= WebRequest.Create(URL);
StreamReader sr = new StreamReader
(request.GetResponse().GetResponseStream());
return sr.ReadToEnd ();
}
where the URL is something like
http://yourserver/vroot/SomePage.wha...&Param2=Value2
If the remote "web app" is an ASPX page, the URL is like this:
http://yourserver/vroot/SomePage.asp...&Param2=Value2
The result you get back is whatever the page generates. It could be HTML,
XML, Text, or lollipops.

Thanks for the answer, i wanted to integrate a web application in a normal
window application.
The web page should be able to use an object passed by the application, is
it possibile?
(we are talking serve side).
Then the client uses the web page to interact with the window application.
