inetinfo.exe takes 99% CPU usage when starting any web service

Hi All,

I have a couple web services developed in my machine.
Starting from this morning, if I started any web service
(no matter I did this from from VS .net IDE or from IE),
my machine was locked out. I checked task manager and
found that "inetinfo.exe" took 99% CPU. If I restarted my
IIS, the CPU usage dropped down, but it would be increased
to 99% again if I start a web service again.

Any idea and suggestion?

Thanks.
