GetRequestedRuntimeInfo and .NET v1.0

mscoree.dll v1.0 does not have GetRequestedRuntimeInfo
( http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms230176.aspx )
How can I retrieve all the information I would retrieve using that
function if ONLY .NET v1.0 is installed ?
