CRecordset question

Hi,

I am storing data in a custom format (binary files on disk). I read the
data which is essentially a 2D table - similar to a Db table.

My question is that, is it possible to create a CRecordset object using
this data. I remember reading about "disconnected recordsets" a while back.

I will like to be able to do this so that I can feed the data from the
CRecordset to forms, Crystal Reports etc.

I would be very grateful for any information /links that shows me how to
do this.

Many thanks
