Not able to use VS .net Managed dll in VS 6.0 MFC dll

Hello,
I am developing an application where my GUI part was developed using
MFC in Visual Studio 6. It is implemented as a DLL. This DLL is used by
a third party application as a plug-in.

I had to develop a Mixed- mode DLL in Visual Studio .Net 2003. This DLL
was developed to provide some functionality which could be provided
using .NET framework only (The assemblies it uses are all .NET
assemblies). Now, i want to use this DLL in my unmanaged MFC DLL. Since
I couldn't find any way to export the classes in my .NET DLL, so i
developed a wrapper DLL for my .NET DLL which exposes my
functionalities.
So when i use this wrapper dll in my MFC dll i get follwoing error
- "The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000005). Click on
OK to terminate the application."

I have included header file and lib file for wrapper class. I also
copied all supporting dlls to the folder where my MFC dll resides.

i am not getting what is the exact problem here??? Any pointers in this
regard are welcome.

Thanks in advance.
