propIdl.h redifinition issues

I'm converting an existing VC++ 6.0 app to C++.NET

I'm getting a compilation error of:

"error C2365: 'CAUB' : redefinition..."

which is due to the fact that I am using something of the same name.

Let's just say I cannot rename the references that are using
CAUB...they must stay that way. Anyway around ignoring this file? Any
other suggestions?
