Managed/unmanaged c++/.net code

It's tricky setting up a .NET project that wraps around unmanaged C++
code, but if you set your project settings, it will work. I spent many
days working out the right settings. My VS-2003 project wraps a number
of unmanaged C++ MFC-based classes into a managed assembly for use by
VB and C# code. Here are the important settings I use:

Project Settings:

General:
- Config Type: DLL
- Use of MFC: Use MFC in a shared DLL
- ATL: Not using ATL
- Use Managed Extensions: Yes (/clr)
C++/CodeGeneration:
- Run-Time Library: Multi-Threaded DLL (/MD)
Linker/Input:
- Additional dependencies: mscoree.lib, msvcrt.lib
- Ignore all default libraries: No
- Ignore specific libraries: nafxcw.lib; libcmt.lib; libc.lib;
nochkclr.lib
- Forced Symbol References: _DllMainCRTStartup@12
Linker/Command Line
- Additional Options: /noentry
Specific CPP file Settings:

- Non-managed files are compiled without managed extensions
- Managed files are compiled with managed extensions

Also note that I needed to create a managedwrapper.cpp file and call
its functions from within VB/C#. (Refer to the MSDN article on creating
that file.)
