KBBar redistribution

I just found a great sample package on Microsofts homepage that i
would like to use in my application, maybe even modify it a bit. Its
called KBBar .NEt and can be found here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;EN-US;821793

What i want to know is if im allowed to do this? Is it free to use,
change and the distribute, in my case as a freeware?
There is an EULA in the intstallation/extraction tool but i cant
really find what im looking for in it.

Can anyone help me out? Anyone know the answer or can know somebody
who can?

Thanks in advance
